We regret staying at this hotel.

We are completely disappointed and angry with this hotel's service, which demonstrates insecurity, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service. There were cockroaches throughout the room. The second evening, upon arriving after eigth hours out, we found our room opened. We complained to the front desk, and they simply said "Sorry" and blamed the cleaning staff. We will never return to this hotel or any of the same chain

Cockroaches everywhere. In the bathroom, in the bed. On the walls. Couple dead cockroaches found on the floor. Just picked up my stuff and flew away to another hotel and this red lion refused refund or any apologies
