Under construction
Got an email an hour before we arrived, hotel was under construction & pool was not available. The room was fine, bed firm soft pillows, clean. Breakfast meh. No forks, or butter, apple juice, orange juice but they had milk and coffee. No hand sanitizer anywhere all dispensers empty.

Renovation under way
The facility is being renovated. Most negative factors were related to that. The ground (main) floor flooring was dusty in preparation for laying a new floor. The single elevator required us to walk through that construction area, to go from the lobby to our room or to the very small breakfast area. The room itself was very comfortable and consistent with Hampton Inns, 4.5 stars. There were a few small factors. There was no bathroom toilet paper holder. Not sure, but I would assume that part of the Reno is not complete. I was not on the highway side of the building. Road noise was not a problem in my 3rd floor room. The breakfast was somewhat limited. No milk, limited fruit, no breakfast bars or hand held options.

Beware of renovations & no heat
When we first got there we noticed the whole first level of the hotel was under renovations which they did not disclose on their website or hotels.com. We go to our room to change the kids so they can go her in the pool when we got into the pool room it's was 58° and the water was FREEZING. I asked the front desk if they could have someone check the heat and the maintenance man came in and said the heat was not working. So then we get the kids up stairs to try and give them a shower but of course it took over ten minutes for our hot water to heat up and while in our room we also discovered our room did not have heat. Maintenance came up and confirmed the heat was not working in our room that we would have to switch rooms which would have been silly since even the hallways felt so cold. The hotel would not refund me bc it was a "nonrefundable stay". I completely get not refunding if it was anything I did wrong but how was i supposed to stay in an hotel with no heat with 3 small children...... So we had to book another hotel due to the conditions of this hotel. Be careful before you book there.

Clean and comfortable stay, but under construction
Construction from 8am - 8pm is a bit of a bummer. Woke up to loud banging around 8am each day. Otherwise it is a nice, clean, and comfortable stay. I would stay again - after construction is finished.

Disappointed for the first time
After many stays at Hampton Inns, including numerous stays at this specific property, I have to say for the first time that I was disappointed. The carpet in the hallways looked VERY worn and lots of the walls had scuffs and needed paint. I'd always seen Hampton Inns as very well kept and this one looked run-down. I also had a room near a side-entrance door and it was so loud, I couldn't sleep. I was very frustrated.

I travel a lot, and this is the worst property that I have ever stayed at. I was forced to stay here with a sporting tournament otherwise I would have never booked here. The hotel is undergoing a renovation. The rooms that have been renovated are half done. Sinks with plumbing not hooked up, baseboards missing, tiles cracked, light fixtures missing, phones not working, lights not working, missing remotes. The "renovated rooms" were not cleaned well. Candy in the chairs, little black curly hairs in the shower, droplet stains on the floor around the toilet. The parking lot was full of shipping containers and crates with broken countertops in them. Parking was limited due to this. The lobby was dirty, furniture stained and curtains falling off. Breakfast area was dirty, and food was very limited. Staff was overwhelmed and not helpful at all. This property should not be a Hilton property. It's a very old building and it's clear that they hired the cheapest contractor they could, and they are cutting corners on the renovation. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Both elevators were down at night. Went to front desk, and were told take the stairs. No problem solving, no calling maintenance. We were a family. Went up 4 flights, but if someone single / alone would have been scary. Using the pullout sofa. Asked for sheets / bedding multiple times. The rooms re-down are nice, but under construction the old carpet / floor very old

Checked into room and temperature was set to 90 degrees. A/C wasn't working. 2nd day they didn't have water because pipe burst and they didn't know when plumber was going to arrive even though it 3 hours had already passed.
