The room was large but was a bit dated. The bathroom was nice and clean but there was no space for my toiletries. Had to use the little space on the sink to put my toiletries. The door to the toilet squeaked when opening and closing it. The bed was comfortable and I slept well however, the headboard had a padded back that was flaking. It was difficult to get comfortable. The room also had a small table and a working desk. And a refrigerator which I used. The carpet was stained but it didn't bother me. Overall my rating is a solid 4 stars. I recommend it for a few nights stay if you don't mind the items mentioned.

Lovely and clean and centrally located. A short walk into town and far enough away from noise and disturbance. I had such a comfortable stay here. Modern rooms with tasteful decor and really great bathrooms. Amazing shower!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Recommended!

Dont let the dated lobby fool you, as I had a wonderful stay in a newly renovated room. Everything I needed and definitely the best kettle to boil water I've experienced. Great bed, good wifi, clean, ref and excellent bathroom. Friendly staff and a very smooth stay. Loved it.

Nice location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only small issue I had was the drain in the shower was very slow to drain which caused a big puddle in the rest of the bathroom, reception staff said they would send someone up to look at it so hopefully that’s not an issue for anyone else staying.

Nicely renovated room with brand new, very clean bathroom. Room size was fairly large. Breakfast had few options but was of good quality. Hotel is very close to Parc metro station and within walking distance of city centre.

Really pleased with the size of my single room and as it was on the top floor it was very quiet. Disappointed that I was not aware of the work and scaffolding going on at the hotel prior to my visit. Staff pleasant and welcoming. I was ok with the 25 minute walk into the centre but it would not suit everyone.

Front desk wasn’t very friendly upon check in. Hallway under renovation. Room not soundproof. Could hear water flushing, running through the walls. Could hear neighbours with loud voices…even heard another neighbour knock on their door to lower voices. Walls had stains. Washroom however was clean and renovated.

Camas con chinches!! El hotel y los cuartos estaban muy bien. El hotel está ubicado a unos minutos caminando de la mayoría de las atracciones. No tuvimos que usar transporte para nada. Sin embargo, mi pareja presentó picaduras de chinches en el brazo. Solo nos quedamos una noche y le mostramos las picaduras a la persona que estaba en el front desk y dijo que no era cierto porque se limpian las habitaciones con frecuencia. Por esta razón no me volvería a quedar.

Toller Aufenthalt

Hotel befindet sich zwar noch in der Umbauphase und im Flur ist daher noch Flies ausgelegt und der Liftinnenraum abgedeckt. Trotzdem war im Zimmer selbst Alles io und wir haben auch Nichts von den Bauarbeiten gehört (dafür öfters Sirenen von Ambulanz/Polizei) Sauberkeit ist gut Bett ist gut. Hat genügend Reservekissen im Zimmer, wenn die auf dem Bett zu weich sind. Bei Eingangstüre hat es ein Licht mit Sensor, welches angeht, wenn man zur Toilette muss. Das war für mich etwas störend. Kann aber für Andere ein Pisitivpunkt sein. Frühstück für diese Klasse auch völlig ok. Hat Brot, Gipfeli, Toast, süsses Gebäck, Aufschnitt, Käse, Confiture, süssen Brotaufstrich, Rührei, gekochtes Ei, Speck, Säfte, div. Heissgetränke Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral und etwas auf dem Hügel. Aber in 15-20 Minuten ist man in langsamen Tempo vom grossen Markt dort. Was für uns ok war. Es gibt auch Bus und Tramstationen soweit wir gesehen haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und mega hilfsbereit.
