Really great hotel in a wonderful location. There are two wineries a block away and many restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean with nice large rooms and we have found the staff very friendly both times we’ve stayed. They also offer a complimentary happy hour during the week!

From the minute we drive up to the hotel to when we left was a wonderful stay at Agrarian. Staff exceptional, warm greeting at checkin to Happy Hour where I bought a bottle of local wine to enjoy later at home. Our room was as we requested, quiet location with extra blanket and towels. We plan to return for another stay in the summer.

Lovely room. Clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Cute balcony. Room had a fridge and coffee maker. Also had ironing board, iron, hair dryer and safe. Easy parking. Easy check in. It’s at the end of a very cute but small downtown area. We enjoyed the antique stores and shops.

I thought that the hotel itself was beautiful, well cared for (except the coffee maker in the lobby) and I loved relaxing in the spa and my bed was really comfortable. I didn’t like the way the hotel front attendant treated me or my mom, he seemed like he was inconvenienced when asked for things like the hotel WiFi code, gave short answers like it’s the name of the hotel. He also didn’t make an effort to fill us in on the amenities of the hotel and offer information about things to do in the area.

This hotel is new and feels like a warm, cabin in the woods. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and a balcony! I love being able to open the door and get fresh air! Bed and pillows were super comfy, shower water pressure very good(not a misty spray like most hotels), and the free breakfast was a little better than your average hotel breakfast. Everyone we met was very nice and down to earth, especially Rosa at the front desk. She really made our stay special with her warm welcome and personality. We will stay here often as we come through Arroyo Grande a lot. Glad we found this place, it's much better than the old places on the cliffs or any vrbo we've tried.
