The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean with ample space. The only issue was that there was not a comforter or blanket - just a flat sheet for a cover…a tad chilly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and they even packed us a breakfast to-go the next morning so we could catch our train. Highly recommend - close to many restaurants and landmarks

Atendimento excepcional, da limpeza a recepção. Todos muito prestativos. Ficamos em um quarto com varanda, o que fez toda diferença. O café da manhã é bem completo e a localização do hotel super estratégica. Voltarei com certeza!

The hotel is well situated but a little dated and the bathroom was very disappointing. There was an issue with the room but the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was average and overall the experience was a little too expensive.

Hotel was in a great location in central Madrid. Easy to walk to all the big shops, the famous churro spot and the Palace. Only downside was the view from the window of our room, however for the location, comfort, and how modern the room was was definitely worth the price.

A Disappointing Stay: Not What I Expected from a 4-Star Hotel My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite my clear request at check-in to stay in the same room for my entire visit, I was forced to switch rooms late on Monday evening. This was after being assured it wouldn't be an issue, leading to unnecessary hassle and a late-night repacking session. For a 4-star hotel, this lack of flexibility and poor communication, possibly due to a language barrier, is unacceptable. Beyond the room change, the rooms themselves were a letdown. Both were surprisingly small, and street noise was a constant disturbance. Basic bathroom amenities like hair conditioner and body lotion were missing, and contrary to hotel photos, no robes were provided. Most surprisingly, the "Deluxe Double Room" I was moved to lacked a window with natural daylight. As someone who travels to Madrid monthly for work, I was hoping to find a reliable hotel. However, this experience, coupled with the subpar room quality and the complete lack of compensation for the inconvenience, means I won't be returning. My stay was genuinely disappointing.

My recent stay at this hotel, was unfortunately a string of disappointments. I had two separate bookings due to a work schedule change, initially for a Premium Double Room and then a Deluxe Double Room. Upon checking in, I specifically asked if I could stay in the same room for my entire visit, even if it meant being in the "cheaper" Deluxe Double from the start. The staff member verbally confirmed this was possible, so I unpacked all my belongings, thinking it was sorted. The next evening after a long day at work, I received a call telling me I either had to pay extra or move rooms. When I went to reception to clarify and reminded them of our earlier conversation, I was asked if I had written confirmation on this, and when I said no, your colleague just told me yesterday and I didn’t ask for a written confirmation, she said “you can stay, but you have to pay extra." This was frustrating, especially since it implied the room wasn't otherwise occupied. I was then forced to re-pack and move all my belongings late at night, with assistance only offered for bags that were already packed. For a 4-star hotel, this lack of flexibility and unwillingness to offer a complimentary upgrade—especially when their staff's initial miscommunication caused the issue—is simply very disappointing. Beyond the significant inconvenience of the room change, the rooms themselves were small, and the street noise was a constant disruption. One room had no day light.

Comfortable beds great black out shades. Nice shower with good water pressure. Friendly staff at the check in desk. Besides the small front desk a luggage storage room and a single elevator there is nothing else in the lobby.
