I actually enjoyed my stay at this property, my room was clean although a little outdated but thats ok, for the price i paid i cant complain. When i checked in, the staff that helped was very nice and check in was a breeze. The pool and hottub were enjoyable, perfect for the kiddos. Breakfast was prety good! I enjoyed the selection of fruit and loved the breakfast sandwiches. Overall i enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. 10/10 would plan to stay again whenever i'm in the area again!

Liked that there was ahot tub and it was open till 11! Pull out already had sheets on it was wonderful! Elevator 1* light was out, but elevator was still useable. Enjoyed our stay!

Computers Down

The computers system was down. I waited for about 30 minutes of the front desk clerk to reset the computer and phone calls to different people. She said she had been there 14 years and never had this issue. She was great that's why I am giving 5 stars to service. There was another guest trying to check with the Marriott App that was unable as well. Not sure how any of that works. So I've booked 2 rooms since this at non Marriott hotels.

When one of our two rooms was not able to be located, providing the confirmation number from Hotels.com was of no benefit. We needed to call Hotels.com to get the record straight. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and when we got up to our room we got a king size bed. I was just thankful to have a bed to sleep in but my son is autistic and he wasn’t happy that he didn’t have his own bed. And the lady at the desk wasn’t very helpful or friendly but maybe she was tired. The other times we have stayed here it was good. But if I have to pay a lot for a nights stay I expect to at least get what I reserved and wanted
