We booked this hotel stay for one night and it was a bad experience for my husband who has many allergies. It started when we first entered the room there was a strong perfume smell likely from the deodorizer used to clean the room. The carpet had stains on them. The pillows had duck feathers which my husband is highly allergic to. We called the front desk and requested foam pillows which they exchanged for us. The night was completely ruined for my husband. This experience has taught us it is important to communicate directly with the hotel and let them know of any allergies so they can ensure the room is prepared accordingly.
