Good hotel and good central location.
Beds were big and comfortable but asked for extra pillows and they never arrived.
Paid for parking at check in but they hadn’t processed it so couldn’t get out at the barrier and had to reverse up, park again and then go back to reception.
Could have been better.

Air con in room didn't work, was so hot on the first night we couldn't sleep. The next day engineers tried to fix it on a few occasions, we were eventually moved rooms

Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. but I found bed mattress too firm and didn’t get good nights sleep. Lovely breakfast

The standard of decor and comfort was extremely poor for the Hilton hotel. Rooms were very tired and grotty, paint work and furniture poor much like a travel lodge.

A great stay, the only problem was there were no towel rails, so we could not dry our towels. If you can’t dry them, you need new ones every day and that’s a huge waste of energy.
Other than that, a fantastic hotel

Upgraded to a suite which was great. Wet room, water really hot, comfortable bed. Within easy walk of the Leeds Armoury so great location. Friendly staff.

It’s not a hotel a would stay in again, I didn’t feel safe as I woke up in the morning to screaming and shouting and fighting in the corridor. When exiting the building around 9am to go out for the day there was a young man passed out (drunk) in the entrance. It was not a pleasant experience.

I put in a request for an early check in via the Hotels.com messaging app.
Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that they didn't receive it. I showed them the message in my Hotels.com app (which contained a "we received your message and will get back to you shortly" style confirmation) and she informed me that they don't receive messages from Hotels.com.
I find it strange that Hilton and Hotels.com/Expedia - two powerhouses of hotel travel, don't have a working communication system. But surely that is more likely than a Hilton staff member lying to a guest.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the city. 5 mins from the train station. Lovely breakfast, nice rooms. Bar service was good too.
