Room for much improvement

For an ADA room, the bathrooms were really poor. They put 2 motel rooms together to make one. But didnt do any remodeling to get the bathroom to match what they were advertising.

Good enough for 1 night

Decent for an overnight. The place was recently rennovated, but there was paint all over the carpeted stairs. The showers are dingey and need new caulk at the least. The couch in our room had ripped fabric. Seedy clientele in the parking lot smoking weed and cigs right outside our window, so everytime the AC kicked on, we got a good dose of the smell.

Meh

Very run down. Did not feel safe (not unsafe, just not a great location with bad parking). Room floor dirty. Room key quit working before we left. No Kleenex/tissue in the room. No bath products other than bar soap. Dogs may be welcome but no grass. Cannot recommend. Felt very overpriced. Bed was comfortable.

Needs a lot of updates

I would not recommend staying here. It was the cheapest option at the time and wish I would have just spent the extra on a hotel that would have been worth it. Pool was closed the next morning without any mention of it being closed for cleaning when I had asked the night before about when it opened (pool hours are listed as 9am-10pm). Fitness room was closed (duct tape was used to block it off the signs in the hallways), spa/sauna was out of order, toilet had a loud squeal that went on the entire time it filled after being flushed, fridge did not work and air conditioner did not cool down at the lowest temp it would go to (66). Did not know that there was no breakfast option until arriving to check in. The staff at the front desk were nice during the very few interactions, but that was the only positive about the place really.

This hotel badly needs of an upgrade and clean-up.

The mattress in our bedroom had collapsed springs on one side. My wife woke up with insect bites the next morning; I suspect they were bed bugs of some sort. Won't stay there again!

WAY overpriced

Its ridiculous to pay what we did for a dirty room, no breakfast, luke warm coffee from a carafe, and non English speaking staff...or staff just not wanting to help so pretending to not understand. Would also like to know where the picture on this review came from because the motel had nothing.

Run don't stay

One of the worst places i have ever stayed. First off they make you sign an agreement that they can go in your room whenever they want. Lady at check in was really rude. Pool didn't work. Tub backed up. Beds not comfort feels like sleeping on the floor or floor would be more comfortable. Place stunk so bad like dog feces, smoke and Marijuana. Dogs barking and fighting at all hours. Drunks really bad banging on doors and yelling. The last door on are barely hanging hings.

Gross sheets not changed from prior guest

I checked the bed sheets when we arrived to find them dirty with black hair all over the sheets and pillow cases. The housekeeper obviously had not changed the sheets from the last guest to stay in that room. Yuck!! Also, the floors had hair all over the place too. The housekeepers are terrible at their job and clearly need to be trained on how to clean the rooms properly.

A disaster

Cleanliness: "The room was filthy, with dust and dirt everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting, with stained toilet and hair in the shower." Staff: "The staff was incredibly nice and unhelpful. They made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay." Amenities: "The pool didn't work, " need to be shocked” Overall Experience: "This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Only decent thing was the gentleman at the front desk. He did what he could to help everyone and their complaints (and while checking in, there were many for multiple people!). Room was fine, nothing special. Had another room a few days later and it reeked of smoke. Immediately got a new room. Halls smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Everything just seemed dirty, even though they are in the middle of remodeling. The random girl sitting behind the desk, not sure if she works there, but asking questions to customers was odd. No towels! Was told it would be hours until there would be any available. That’s unacceptable. I think the guy did what he could, but there is so much room for improvement.
