I booked a room for 3 people- when booking it stated the room was equipped with 1 king size bed and a queen sofa bed. I got room 102, which had an awful odor , we got no bedding for the sofa bed, the sofa bed felt almost same as if I slept on hardwood floors, there was no way to lock the door from the inside ( locked seemed to not be functioning), and window screens had holes so bugs got in. When we first got inside we immediately notice the strong odor, we tried opening windows but since screens were old, bugs got in. When we tried to ask for another room, we were told, there was nothing else available and offered the a spray to neutralize the bad odor. When we noticed no bedding for sofa bed, their office was closed and we had no bed sheets for the sofa bed.
The next day, we checked out and asked for the manager’s name and number to discuss concerns. I was told to leave my name and number and manager would call me. It’s been 4 days and have yet to hear from the manager. Overall, terrible stay and overpriced at $370 for one night stay for 3 people.
