The hotel was ok. People hung out in front of the hotel making it uncomfortable to want to get out and walk pass.

Educate ALL STAFF about Registered Service Animals AND how ILLEGAL it is to tell the Handler that they CANT have their Service Animal in the Breakfast Area! It’s Law that the SA is to be with the handler at ALL times it’s also AGAINST the LAW to LEAVE THEM IN A HOTEL ROOM ALONE since it’s A SERVICE ANIMAL! Educate Yourselfs before y’all get a lawsuit because Y’all wanna be rude and unprofessional and treat a person with a service Animal like trash She’s not a PET as you say she’s a working animal who’s registered as an Service Animal look it up and you’ll see no Hotel despite their rules have ZERO RIGHT to ask the service animal to be removed especially when they aren’t doing anything wrong and just minding their own business doing their job it’s really ILLEGAL for the Hotel to make the service Animal to leave so Only thing I recommend for anyone who has a service animal not to stay with y’all!

The first room they gave me was still dirty and there was people slamming doors all night making my bed shake people argui by in they rooms and we can hear it I checked out early because I didn’t feel safe there

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by two major issues: the property's subpar condition and a billing error. I was double-charged for my stay, first by the Expedia and again by the property during pre-check-in. Although the second charge was supposed to be a temporary hold, it was mistakenly posted to my account. I'm currently working with Expedia to resolve this issue.
