Make me feel disappointed!!
I was asking for taix next morning at 4 am. They didn’t book it and try to get taix on the road but that’s none after waiting for 10 mins I asked them called taix but told me have to wait another 15 mins, it’s really disappointed. I told them I’ll miss my bus they just let me feel not their business :(

Overall great stay if you just need a clean quick place to stay and to be close to the bus station. Was a little noisy from traffic but better than being stuck beside a night club thumping all night. Would recommend for someone passing through.

Overordnet et godt ophold. Vi overnattede i et af de ældre værelser på 1. sal, og det kunne ses at det var lidt mere slidt ift. de nyrenoverede værelser på 4. sal. Alt fungerede, og der blev gjort rent dagligt. Der var en smule koldt om natten, men ingen larm fra gaden. De har en dejlig tagterrasse og ligger tæt på et større busstoppested.

Les cuento lo bueno y lo malo del hotel plaza Kokai cuando llegamos nos atendió Frida una chica de recepción muy amable, ya en la habitación pues tiene acabados de los años 90's, pero bien su mantenimiento, había un fuerte olor a cloro, checamos los colchones y no había rastros de chinches eso muy bien! no había youtube en la smart tv un problema que resolvieron pronto, si vas el fin de semana habrá ruido de su bar hasta como la 1 de la mañana, si bien Cancún es un destino de diversión algunas personas gozamos del silencio y un sueño reparador... tmb hubo huéspedes vecinos que tenían ruido con su regatton a altas horas de la noche, pero con solo llamar para quejarte a recepción solucionaron el problema, es decir, si hubo inconvenientes pero siempre estuvieron con la disposición de solucionar y eso siempre se agradece!! En general bien vale la pena, la ubicación esta excelente cerca del ADO y del centro de Cancún tmb de los muelles si tu plan es ir a isla mujeres! Si lo recomiendo

Convenient choice for the ADO bus station
My husband, our 8-month-old baby, and I stayed here for one night during our travels. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, so our experience was brief but sufficient for our needs. The staff were polite and efficient, making check-in straightforward despite our late arrival. The hotel was clean, and the room provided everything we needed for a short stay. While nothing stood out as exceptional, it was perfectly adequate and met our expectations. The location is very central, just a few minutes’ walk from the ADO bus terminal, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. This convenience made it easy to catch an early bus the next morning. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice if you're looking for a clean and convenient place to stay for a short time in Cancun.
