In our first room, there were 2 issues: the bedding smelled clean, like bleach, but had stains and the wall unit was making a terrible sound and was not putting off heat during a cold spell in Dallas. We dealt with it and asked to be moved the 2nd night. In our first NEW room, the wall unit did not come on at all. When we called the front desk, the clerk was rude and said he couldn’t guarantee another room would have heat either, but WE could check?! So my husband went down and had a few words, but we got a 3rd room. This one was better and no noticeable stains on the bedding. Overall, the manager Danny was kind and comped our 2nd night. We used Hotels.com which did rate it at 6.2, they were right!
