I showed up an hour after check-in expecting to be able to get my room which I had reserved at least 24 hours in advance. After arriving the room that I was supposed to be in at first would not open because the card reader was not on for some reason. The second rim that they offered me also had a malfunction with the card reader and the lock would not disengage so once the door had been opened, it would not close. The next time that they try to appease me by giving me another room, the room was still dirty. The other people that were in the rooms were very loud and noisy.
There were things that were missing such as a smoke detector or even the center plate of the microwave
The floor was so dirty my feet turned black
Nothing had been wiped down
There was even mold in the vents and on the hairdryer
And a whole bunch of debris inside of the drains
This is definitely one of them hotels where you get much less than what you paid for
All in all is just a stressful experience and tedious and having to go back back-and-forth to the receptionist counter over and over again got very exhausting
At two in the morning, I had left for a moment and when I came back, my key card didn’t work again so I had to go and wait for the receptionist yet again
All in all, I’m disappointed, and will not be returning
