Not a good experience
No breakfast was available due to construction, this info was not updated in the hotels.com page, a lot of renovations, towels old and not looking clean as well as showers. I think hotel should be honest and specified that information with customers.

Avoid Like the Plague
Refused a refund after finding ADA violations. Unsanitary conditions. Promised breakfast, there was none. Hotels.com non-responsive, as well as Wyndham.

Disappointment
Place being remodeling. It did not have any indication while booking. I normally go for La Quinta because it is nice, but if I knew it was being renovating, I would go to the Holiday Inn close by. Kids tripped with the garbage and loose screws that were on the floor while running

Very unsanitary place for short stays
I reported that the bathroom was extremely dirty,the toilet bowl has sticky urine on the edges and on the bottom by the floor.I tried to clean it so we can use it safely,but it was so sticky and gross.The floor has a couple of pubic hairs!One of the towels has a pubic hair as well.The bedsheet on one of the beds has a clump of hair.Too tired from the long snowy drive,we decided to deal with it first thing in the morning.I told the guy in the reception to have the cleaning person clean the bathroom & change the towels and bedsheets.When we came back that evening,we found the same towels just folded back to its place,bedsheets not changed but only fixed neatly.Clump of hair still there,sides of the toilet still with the old sticky secretions.We went out to the grocery to buy disinfectant wipes and lysol spray that night.On our third day,I asked them to clean the room again,but they say they clean only once during a 3 day stay ,I thought I heard the receptionist said rooms are cleaned every 2 days.Not to mention in the advertisement it says breakfast is included,but it was not,we were told that the place for breakfast was under repair or construction.This certain inn should not be under Wyndham,I know people come and go,even if this place is one of the cheapest inns,still people deserve a clean and comfortable place to stay. This place should be reported to appropriate health agency because of its unsanitary room services.

Just to take a shower
Not a good hotel or motel. Not clean and smell from the bed and the floor. For showering, water pressure is very weak. We were there because our flight delayed for 20 hours. Hair dryer did not work.

Horrendous! Formal complaint filed!
Booked a non-smoking room only to be given a smoking room with a broken tv. Went back to the front desk to get a non-smoking room. The replacement room was not even within legal compliance as it had no smoke detector. It also had no hot water, which was never resolved during our stay. The replacement room was also dirty and cheap. The bedding was thin and flimsy. In addition, the booking was suppose to include breakfast but upon arrival was told due to construction there was no breakfast. There was no communication or modification on the booking description to indicate this prior to arrival. During the stay, the power went out and was not restored prior to checking out. This was a horrendous stay and experience. A formal complaint was filed as well. This was the worst stay ever experienced and the second stay booked through this app where advertised included amenities were not provided. Not only has all trust in the LaQuinta chain been destroyed but we are also getting to the point of losing trust in this website/app. I would no longer recommend using this site/app to book rooms after this experience and our experience last month with another hotel.

Aweful!
The hotel room had what appeared to be feces on the the wall, hair dryer, toilet. There was pee on the ground. Hair on the bed, the room was supposed to be smoke free and it wasn’t you could see tar on the walls. The bedding had stains. Terrible experience.

Appalled
I'll let the picture speak for themselves as far as the cleanliness The staff was not helpful did not accommodate and I spent the night freezing because the heater didn't work and I couldn't get any better up to fix it and there is no other room to change to but the cleanliness was wow front desk is rude they overcharged me two deposits and then a pet deposit but I did have and then reimbursed me and it charged me another one after the day I checked out bad experience never again. The floor had puke all over I had to put a blanket over the couch just so I felt comfortable sitting. And with the monies they pulled from my account left me financially unabled to go anywhere else to stay for the night and I am still waiting for reimbursement of my deposits

Very respectful easy going people that work there atmospere is safe ...the staff has an overall welcoming chill way about them . i recommend them for travlers or people here for work...they have a great attitude . and the breakfast is amazing .

DON'T DO IT
This was the worst stay I've ever experienced. The room was filthy, the blanket was stained, dirty handprints on the walls, old food on the floor. I was scared to pull back the covers so i slept on top of the covers with a towel on my legs to try and staywarm. You have to go to the front desk to get a tv remote. The coffee pot still had grounds in it from the last people and there weren't even cups to drink it. The only good thing about it stay was the lady at the front desk. I have requested a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE
