Don’t recommend

The receptionist was very uninterested didn’t tell us about any sort of breakfast or much information at all. Just gave us our room card and sent us on our way. The room was hot, even with the AC on. Ppl were living downstairs with a nasty mess. Kids toys and trash, food containers etc. weird vibes off this place.

Don’t stay there

I had a very difficult time finding the property as I could not see any signage. The room appeared clean, but I discovered leaks at the sink faucet as well as the shower. Also, you can’t turn on the shower without being in the shower, which means getting sprayed with cold water. On the app, I requested an extra pillow. Almost 3 hours later I needed to go to sleep. So I texted “never mind”. I got an immediate response, okay. So clearly they get the messages.

Should've gone somewhere else

Thought we'd "Splurge" on a nicer hotel than we usually stay at. La Quinta is usually great but not this time. Burn marks on tub, soot and burn marks on the cloth chair, dirty floors and didn't really feel safe even with it being a gated property. Wish we would have stuck with our usual Budget Friendly hotels and not have had such a disappointing experience.

Not a good experience

We had to leave extra early, as people above us were banging on door and yelling,11pm 2 am 5:18 am!!!! Bugs in the room…earwigs and rollypollies and others. The only pleasant experience for us at the hotel was the lady at check-in.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend an extra $40 and stay at the Hilton. We did not feel safe there.

Don’t Stay Here!!!

Where do I start. There was a crack head lady walking around 5 door down on the “phone” cussing extremely loud for an hour. Homeless people all around. Someone using the washer or dryer at 2:00 in the morning (literally sounded like coke cans tumbling!). People arguing around 3:00 am loud! And finally the air conditioning unit did not work. At first it cooled then shut off when it reached temperature. When started up again it blew very HOT air. Had to turn it off. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Got very little sleep. Would love a refund but doubt that will happen.

Disappointment 😞

Upon entering the room noticed that a light bulb was missing next to the bed and the bathroom fan was not working. Also there was no ice bucket in the room. Also the stair landing light was not working on tje second floor and the exit sign on the 3rd floor was ripped off of the wall. On Sunday morning we were abruptly awoken to the fire alarm thay had been pulled as a hoax. I fwlt thay we should have been allowed to sleep in a bit and allowed to leave at 1230pm. Also the beakfast bar was closed by 9am instead of 930am.

It was a very nice comfortable stay. They limit towels and blankets. The hotel was under construction so a lil of an organized mess. But the ice machines worked breakfast was delicious. The staff and customers are all very sweet. I will be staying again.
