The only issue was through the hotels.com booking. I spent one night and Baton Rouge and the next in New Orleans, but my reservation had me at both hotels on the same night. Fortunately, the staff at the hotel not only refunded me the money for the first night when I obviously wasn’t there, they got me a room and handled it all in less than ten minutes. They were great, and polite and courteous.

Our stay was very comfortable with the exception of an incident the last night of our stay in which a couple staying in the room next to us were arguing loudly late in the night. I have to complement the front desk personnel and security for immediately addressing the situation when I called to complain and handling it in a calm, professional, prompt manner. I will absolutely stay at the Hampton Inn again and highly recommend this property for its location, cleanliness and in particular, great staff!

We had a great time. Everyone was really friendly, breakfast was great, mid day snacks are a great idea. Very clean hotel with wonderful people.

Asked front desk for new remote. Front desk requested maintenance and in 5 mins I had a new tv remote and the tv working. Breakfast was excellent every morning from hot egg omelets to sausage and potatoes. Yogurt smothies in 2 flavors to waffle maker. Also oatmeal and chopped fruit. Credit to the breakfast employee who each morning has to set the breakfast up spending at least 2 hours. Appears to be well run Hotel with in and out parking out back of hotel. Streetcar access out in front of hotel if one cares and local restaurants within 3-5 walking blocks. I would give this an excellent place to stay.

Very nice facility and very good staff. Enjoyed our stay and will return.
