Terrible rooms for $200 plus
First off you have to deal via machine to check-in and out 2 thing they gave us a room with roaches in it they changed our room then we had dirty and stained sheets and cover blanket i wont be coming back here

Worst Hotel EVER
I booked three rooms for three nights for my family. In the room I stayed in with my wife, I was woken by a cockroach crawling on the sheets. I got up and captured 8 different cockroaches in the room. The windows had black mold around the frames and the room had stains all over the carpets. La Quinta although is a more budget friendly hotel, it is still a Wyndham Hotel and I expect better. This hotel should be removed by Hotels.com and should not be advertised until things are changed at this hotel.

NEVER AGAIN!
We stayed at this La Quinta inn & suites first at Thanksgiving in 2024. At that time, we had a suite that was spacious and clean and very nice. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and we had a very nice day. So, when going back this past weekend for a death in the family, we decided to stay there again. This was a very different experience. There was no one to check us in, so we had to use a kiosk and talk to someone by Zoom. At the time we were checking in to other guests were in the process of canceling their reservations and trying to get their money back as their rooms were unsuitable due to odor and mold. We had a regular room that was in poor shape. One light by the sink was out, the smoke alarm on the wall was ripped out and hanging by wires, the wall behind the bed was ripped up and the room was just dirty. So, we stayed because we really had nowhere else to go at that point and needed to get involved in the family get together that was happening. No I was very disappointed and we will never stay at that La Quinta again.

Need help with customer service
There are no front desk only a virtual check in kiosk. The pool was closed had I known this I would have not booked. I tried calling the hotel before I got there no answer. After I left I sent messages with no response back. It would be nice if they responded . Hotel was rundown a bit on the inside also. The positive the beds and pillows were comfortable and clean.

Filthy and dreadful
This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We are a big traveling family especially quick trips for tournaments and such. The rooms were filthy. The sofa bed had stains all over the mattress. Feces in the room. Bathroom has never been cleaned. The smell of the entire hotel was beyond horrible.

Horrible!
This hotel is a complete dump. We had to check in via a computer screen. Everything is worn. The breakfast was a complete joke. There was no one cleaning up. There was no coffee trash everywhere. Does anyone even work in this hotel?

Worst stay ever, never again.
My husband was in Cleveland clinic hospital and I needed a place stay. Because of the holiday weekend our usual hotel was booked up. The rates were twice as much and $299 per night for 2 nights. Went to check in and was made to use a kiosk, which was very impersonal. They refused to allow me to check in because the reservation was in my husband’s name, because his insurance reimburses us partially for the stay. I’ve not had any issue with this at any other hotel in the area. So called the front desk and was told if I had his driver’s license, so I went back and got it and returned, then was told he had to be present. So I called him and the clerk refused to speak to him. At 10:30p gave me an 800 number to call to change reservation I called and was surprised someone answered and she kindly fixed the reservation. The hotel was run down dark and dreary. Peeling wallpaper, water damage everywhere holes in walls, etc. Igor to my room and open the door to get hit by a musty damp smell. The white tub was black on the bottom. There was water damage throughout the room. The carpet was dirty and the sofa stained. The sheets did not look clean. The mattress was worn and only the middle was comfortable. The padding was gone over the metal on the edges of the mattress. The room was noisy being close to the elevator. I called down to ask for a different room and was told none was available they were booked up. After the 2 nights I had to use the kiosk to check out.
