Lovely stay
I really enjoyed my time at Casa Carmen. Property is very clean and hosts were very friendly and kind. It is only a five minute walk to the plaza and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe. Only a 5 minute walk also to catch the bus to Playa Ancón. Room was comfortable and breakfast ample. I even had some laundry down. Would definitely recommend Casa Carmen.

Recommend - super safe
Carmen and Pupito are great hosts. They have a lovely home and make you feel welcomed and protected. Breakfast was perfect. They can book tours and arrange drivers. Trinidad is suffering with power outages but they have a generator, which was great because I arrived at night and it was super dark in the city with no power. Room was comfortable, clean, and I felt really safe traveling solo. Glad I picked this house!

Amazing Casa
It was an amazing experience to stay in the casa. The owners were so helpful on anything that we needed. We used the kitchen several times and they helped to prepare and clean. The casa is super clean and near to all the attractions of the city.

We stayed 3 nights there. Carmen and Pupito welcomed us. There are Really fantastic people. Helpful and caring. Their house is very nice with a terrass on the top with a view. Some area (another terass / balcony) to dine and dry clothes. I felt just like home. It felt good. Situation of the casa: good to very good. Easy to go to visit trinidad and the surroundings. Taxi did not find so easily the place first. Room is simple with ac,but Good for our stay. Trinidad was one of our favorite place: with a Beautiful city, some beaches further away, some waterfall and nature reserve. Trinidad is smaller than la havana but felt much better for actvities and people nicer with tourist ( not always talking all the time with the tourist like in la havana) So i definitively recommend the casa and the place.

Carmen and Pupitos home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the terrace next to our room and had good breakfasts each day. My boyfriend got sick part way through our time there and they were thoughtful about checking in and offering help if needed. Pupito helped us set up tours in the area and gave us good recommendations for what to do. Overall a great stay. Gracias Carmen y Pupito!

Pupito y Carmen waren so nett, ich bin alleine von der schweiz nach cuba gereist, ich fühlte mich wie zuhause, das haus war immer sauber sie haben mir bei allem geholfen es ist nur empfehlenswert wenn in Trinidad dann bei Casa de Carmen y Pupito

Séjour exceptionnel
Tout simplement comme à la maison. Pupito est un hôte incroyable de gentillesse, et grâce à lui et à sa femme Carmen, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Trinidad. Le p'tit déj est savoureux et sûrement le meilleur que nous ayons goûté lors de notre circuit cubain. Allez-y sans hésiter ;-)

Incredible stay with Carmen & Pupito! Their house is really beautiful, with both a patio and rooftop terrace. They do a great breakfast and will help organise your tours as well. Definitely stay here when coming to Trinidad!

Es un alojamiento regentado por un matrimonio encantador que ayudan dando información en todo. La habitación tiene todas las comodidades de cualquier establecimiento en Europa. Está súper limpia, tiene colchones nuevos, baño nuevo y una terraza interior maravillosa.Sin duda, es la mejor en la que hemos estado en Cuba. Si algún día vuelvo a Trinidad reservaré de nuevo aquí.
