Not a good hotel
Yolanda, the front desk clerk was one of the most unfriendly persons that I have experienced at checking in at a hotel. I eventually got into a room which was disgusting. Stains on the floors in the carpet and on the desk as well as no curtains, no privacy, shade, and speaking of that the Window trim and valance was ripped off the wall and just hanging there. I don’t see myself ever staying at this particular location again.
Hilton needs to send someone from corporate to this location and get it fixed and offer Yolanda some customer service training.
