We stayed 2 different times--a one night stay and then 3 nights. Spa area is nice and Staff were friendly and helpful both times, but don't bother becoming a "member" as suggested by the receptionist unless you want to mess around for a half hour just to get a free glass of wine. On the one night stay we had a room overlooking the street. Even though we were on the 5th floor it was VERY noisy. I'm a light sleeper, so that sucked. The next 3-night stay I requested a room away from the street which was MUCH quieter, however, this time 2 of the 3 elevators weren't working. We literally waited 8 minutes for an elevator. Rather than do that again we sought out the emergency stairs which exited into an office area! Surprised the heck out of the staff, but they were very friendly in guiding us out. Also--no coffee in the lobby before 6:30 am, which was distressing, have to be up so early anyway. There is a coffee maker in the room, which is muh at best, but know it's your only option if you have an early check out. Be sure the maid remembers to replace the water carafe or you'll be charged $20 for the missing carafe, which happened to us. Overall, I feel the Pullman was a bit overpriced for the experience.
