When we checked in I thought I had booked a king with a pull out couch. The person checking me in. Gave me the room I thought I had booked. He was extremely helpful.
I paid in full, when we got there they charged us a deposit . Luckily I had it and I understand it's refundable but why wouldn't they say it anywhere? The room was dirty, coffee pot had used pod in it. Towel that was folded on rack had what looked like makeup and blood on it. Bathroom door looked like something tried to claw its way out. The window security was a dowel blocking opening it. However the staff was nice. Would suggest you stay elsewhere for the price.

This rate is too expensive for the quality and services provided. Upon arrival I was greeted by the desk clerk who did check us in (about an hour earlier than my reservation). It’s clear that they are trying to renovate and improve the conditions but they have a long way to go. Once I had my key cards and went to my room, the first thing that hit was an odor that made the hair on my neck stand up. I can only describe it as a combination of cigarettes, urine and heavy cleaning supplies. After doing a walk through I noticed that the walls had mold, the shower was filthy and everything in general was poorly cleaned. First and last time there.
