We came in for the night to participate in an event downtown the following day. Overall the room was comfy and quiet. The only complaint as far as cleanliness was the elevator had blood stains along the rails. It made us somewhat skeptical of the location but it worked out for the better.

Choose a high floor
The room I had on the third floor was right outside the air conditioning units of the roof next-door. I heard humming from the compressor kicking on all night like someone was sawing wood Intermittently. If you stay there, a high floor room would be more desirable.

We stayed at this hotel for few nights. It was okay not the best. No parking area so you have to pay somewhere else to park which is horrible because you constantly have to walk to your car especially when carrying luggages and in my case I had kids too. The area is surrounded with homeless and a bar at the corner. Which was scary to walk by at night to get to the car with two kids. So please be mindful of that before booking because I booked before even seeing reviews.

Smells like licorice
Excellent location within a few minutes walk of historic landmarks and excellent dining. Be advised, the rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest. Not necessarily bad thing. It just caught me by surprise. The breakfast was okay. The hallways smelled faintly of black licorice. Not bad. Just unusual. My only real complaint is the communications. They sent me an email with the addresses of two parking garages. Neither address was correct. I was given the correct address at check in. So. It's a good place for the money. I just recommend calling ahead and verifying the location of their off-site parking.

Elevator out but offered refund
Was informed at check in that the elevator was out of service. Hotel clerk offered full refund so we could go elsewhere with an elevator since we were in town for hospital procedures that prevented us from using stairs.

Not a great experience
The elevators weren’t working. Had to use stairs off 8th floor to carry stuff in and all my Uber eats. Very inconvenient and I have a bad knee. A huge amount of kids were in the lobby and none of them would move to get in and out of the lobby. Just wasn’t a great experience.

The room we requested was a king or two queens.The room given to us was not the one pictured.Our room was sized for a double bed, but a king was in it. We had dificulty walking to the other side of the room. Our bathroom was pictured with hand rails in the shower. My wife needed those that is why I picked that room. Ours had none. The luggage cart would not fit thru the doorway. It seemed as though there was no insulation in the was. We could hear people in the next rooms.

Solo trip
Went on a solo trip for the Texas rangers games and to explore Dallas. Had a great time. The room was amazing and super clean. Everything I wanted to do was writhing walking distance of the hotel so that was a big plus. Only negative was no on site parking.

Friday September six
I was not able to access the property b/c of construction and closed roads. Not familiar with Dallas. Had to book a different place last minute and was extremely disappointed with Hotels or this property management for not notifying me. I expect a full refund also. This is the second booking in a row that have been a problem at least for me

Disappointed
Well i would like to start off by saying the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.. The cleanliness of the elevator and room was not good… the room floor has stains on them… the walls was chipped up with paint missing…. The furniture was old and chipped up…. The vents in the AC needs replacing…. Also the rooms was stuffy made my allergies bad… and head started to hurt….

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación! Lastimosamente es muy ruidoso en las habitaciones, la puerta de las escaleras del piso sonaba muy fuerte y al servir solamente 1 elevador mucha gente usaba el acceso por las escaleras así que fue molesto escuchar esos portazos continuamente en la noche
