WORST STAY EVER
STAY AWAY! This place was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were dirty, there were dry crumbled leaves on the desk, the chair has crumbs, bugs, and stains, the outlet in the bathroom did not work, the doors were dirty, the floor Was disgusting. We called the front desk the get a room Switch. He said “let me check rooms”then hung up on me and we didn’t hear anything back for over an hour, until we checked out and went somewhere else. Management there was absolutely NO HELP either. There is a Hilton 2 mins away that was only $20 more and was so clean and nice.

BEE BUGS AND ROACHES
There was bed bugs lucky they only bit me and not my 9month old. I told them what happened and they only have me a partial refund. Please make sure to check your bed and sheets. The beds were so dirty and there was roaches in the bathroom little ones.

First room we were assigned to had a tub that leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The second room door did not work, beds were tiny, closet doors were missing knobs, the light switch to the room turned off the entire electricity to the room, blankets were torn.. I will not stay here again.

Terrible Hotel
The front check-in desk was very poorly managed during the early evening We had to wait 4-5 min. for a person to show up for checkin after ringing the bell attached to a baby monitor. He wasn't helpful. The room wasn't very clean. The ice machine obviously had. been broken for some time so I went back to the unoccupied front desk & rang the bell with no response. Another guest showed up looking for staff as he was fed up & wanted his money back. After walking around the buildings I saw the staff member come out of a hotel room & got directions for the 1 working ice machine. The back block where our room was smelled like a well used cat litter box. It was very noisy with teenagers partying. Next morning, again with no staff to be seen even for checkout. Breakfast had waffles & bagels but only had plastic spoons to cut them with. We went elsewhere to eat. We like this hotel chain but will never come back to this Terrible hotel.

Hotel para llegar a dormir no más !
Es un hotel para llegar a dormir no más que eso , la limpieza muy malita la verdad , nos quedamos 2 noches y nadie nos limpio la habitación mientras estuvimos ahí , el elevador no funcionaba y nos dieron habitación en el 4to piso , la Tina de baño estaba como rota y se movía mucho peligrosa parecía tabla de surf.

Not well maintained
There was no heat in the room I was given at first. The privacy lock didn't work. When I got another room on the second floor that had heat and a door lock that worked. The elevator for the floor didn't work. Not a good experience. I cut my stay short because of the issues.

Pesima estancia.
Me quede 4 noches y nunca me hicieron el aseo, no me proporcionaron ni papel higienico.no funcionaba el internet.el micro tampoco y la tele nunca funciono.se reporto cada uno de los detalles y no me solucioanron nada.

Do not stay here
This property is disgusting. There was loose hair leftover in the shower, the tub didn't drain, the bathroom smelled like mold. When we got there, the smoke detector was chirping, so we called the front desk to have them change the battery.. they didn't know how and asked us to switch rooms after we had just gotten into our room and had already unpacked. They were very rude about it.
