What I really like about the hotel is the modern, clean aesthetic—it feels like an apartment, which is so convenient and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly, making check-in super easy. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the rooms clean and making sure we have fresh towels, sheets, etc. I also love the great breakfast options and, of course, the beautiful beach nearby—it’s the perfect getaway spot! The room is super clean, the staff are very nice, breakfast is good. The hotel in general is very good. The only fault is that there's no water pressure in the shower. For bald people like me, this isn't a problem, but for my wife, my daughter and my boys, who have a lot of hair, they just couldn't wait to get home and take a real shower.

Used a broom to sweep floor. Went to front desk told them not staying there. You use a broom to sweep your garage,sidewalk, patio. But not to sanitize living areas.

I usually stay with Residence Inn but normally rent the junior suite. We rented studio suite this time by mistake , Obviously smaller & could not upgrade because of 3rd party booking. Older hotel & needs some renovations. Was doable for 2 night stay. Nice pool area but complimentary breakfast was cold first day

Property was run down, couch was falling apart. Little to no parking. Had one elevator working. I expect more for a hotel at 400. a night

Enjoyed the view out the window from top floor, kitchen was useful, pretty comfortable night, decent breakfast, friendly service. Only thing i want to provide helpful feedback is the shower room. The water was cold and sprayed unevenly, took a while to run hot water.

Use to like coming here when I went to check in this time on top of the $500.00 we paid to stay we had to pay an extra $25.00 a day to park at the hotel we were staying at most hotels give you free parking and ontop of the $100.00 pet fee i had to pay an additional $25.00 a day for my dog so it's all about money it used to be a one time $100.00 pet fee now they charge $200.00 minimum Haytt place is way better they are friendly and it's a one time #75.00 pet fee and you get free parking that's where I will be going from now on

Faulty Fire alarm system that went off the weekend prior to our stay. Wednesday morning at 3 am.it went off also. According to front desk lady. Other than that everything was fine.
