Beste hotellet i dubai
Fantastisk hotell! Bra mat og beste service, alle var blide og hjalp til med engang du spurte. Rengjøringspersonalet var helt topp, de kom med engang det var noe, og rommet var alltid perfekt etter rengjøring.
Bassenget var topp og ikke minst maten.

Good for solo travellers
The staff throughout were delightful and very receptive to any needs. There was nothing that irritated me about the room, everything I needed was there.
As a solo traveller, I wouldn't have said no to more English speaking channels (one doesn't always want to be out alone at night) but what there was, was fine, good choice of news and movies in English.
I was unforntunate enough to catch a bug when I was in Dubai and so had to be room bound for a bit. The hotel noticed I had Do not Disturb on my door for a while and were kind enough to phone the room and ask if I was ok. I found that rather impressive. So thanks to housekeeping and Daiana for being thoughtful.It is a hotel I would return to. Great orange juice btw.

Outdated, not a 5 star resort
Hotel is outdated. Rooms are outdated. Rooms are also too dark even with the lights on. Curtains ripped. Stains on pillows, stains on patio couches.
Unable to accommodate with Nut allergy. Random excuses.
Limited food options. Buffet breakfast or Bar Al a cart. Bar breakfast was excellent, but wish there was a restaurant
with outside seating for breakfast.
Drinks at a pool/wet deck were also diluted and weak.
Staff was nice, welcoming, friendly. No complaints about staff.

From the get go the room at a nearly $1K US a night had so many many things not working properly it was awful. It was a challenge to find correct lighting. Auto curtains did not work. The air conditioning did not get it cool enough and the smell of the room was awful. We should have moved the next day !!! What’s worse is we had attended a Halloween event and upon return had a major issue !!! A cab returned us to the hotel and requested 4 times the amount it had cost to get to the event. SCAM/FRAUD
The hotel only caused more problems now ever the front desk tried to help w/overall extremely poor attempt to correct or compensate. This could have easily been avoided had the security/front door been a lil brighter. He actually pushed me to pay the rate almost as if he was in on the scam !!!!
This issue is NOT RESOLVED w/the W trying to dismiss the actions even after review of camera trying to pass the blame !!!
My ancillary time for this issue is now into the hrs and they feel a small compensation of incidentals will suffice. THEY R WRONG !!

Expected a seamless check in since they emailed us multiple times requesting our flight information and arrival times.
Booked a marvelous suite room and confirmed a 2pm arrival.
Arrived at check in at 2:15 they told us the previous guest checked out at noon and they needed 30 minutes to finish cleaning and gave us the keys to a regular room until ours was finished. No problem, and a nice gesture. An hour later, no call, so we call down to reception who tell us they will check and call back but should be less than 30 minutes. 2 hours later, call again with same answer. We are both jetlagged and tired and have reservations to a show and dinner downtown. Finally go downstairs and talk to someone new thankfully. She comes upstairs 10 minutes later with our suite keys and we rush upstairs to shower and change frantically to get ready for our show. Complete waste of paying for a suite since the 4 hour's of the day we wanted to spend enjoying it we couldn't. Which we wouldnt of minded as much if the receptionist didnt keep lying to us. Just tell us from the beginning it wont be ready for 4 hours not itll be 30 minutes over and over. As a guy its not a big deal for me. But my wife thought we would be changing rooms quickly sowas hesitant to unpack all her bags to find her dress and makeup and shoes and accessories only to repack everything. Turns out we could of.
Besides that the suite ( and temporary room) were nice. Most of the staff were friendly. Clean and very nice pool areas
