Don't go!
I did not stay and would like a refund but if course that is next to impossible. Driving up to it I knew it was a bad choice. But I walked through and it was disgusting. I was not bringing my grandkids into that place to stay!

Two night stay
Stayed here for two nights. Decent hotel but beds a little uncomfortable, the sink by the bathroom was clogged up took Forever for water to go down. Tv remote didn’t work. Overall stay was just OK. I Wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean but worn out
Hotel was probably top notch 30 or40 years ago. Needs some updating especially tub area some new lighting in aisles. Not bad for the money.

Disappointed customer
When I arrived to check in the room was already paid for through hotels.com. I was also charged a $50 deposit for the room which wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t low on money. She informed me that my deposit would not be back into my account for 6-10 days. This makes no sense to me. Get settled in and go to watch tv and could not get even one channel. Realizing there was no WiFi, called the front desks to inform them of the situation. Was told there was a glitch and she would reboot it but it never came on so entire stay I had no WiFi access and no television. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I woke up to get ready for work I discovered 2 bed bugs in the bed I was sleeping in. I do not believe I will ever stay with Clarion again. Not pleasant at all.

Horrible Service
They forced me to pay full price for a more expensive room because I needed to check in after midnight. They didn’t return my deposit because they said I smoked in the room. I am not a smoker. After all of this when I went to use my reservation from Hotels.com I was informed that they would not be able to rent me the room after all because of the smoking charge. This was after a person at the front desk assured me that my reservation was still valid. So the Clarion kept the money and left me stranded to sleep in my car with the temperature dipping below freezing,

Filthy and rude
Nowhere in this building has been vacuumed. The jets in the jacuzzi tub do not work. The TV does not work. There are no sheets, blankets or pillows for the futon couches. When we asked the front desk for these items we were skolded and told we were wrong and everything is already on the beds when they are open. That is not true as we opened both beds and searched the room. Their are dirty panties and a poop stain under a couch cushion. The indoor pool is ice cold, and the hot tub is like warm and the water is extremely dirty. Almost brown in appearance.

Don’t waste your money
Door wasn’t sealed all the way and there was a draft and light seeping into the room, stayed here as a midnight travel nurse, terrible sleep. Blinds are not blackout, room smelled terrible. Hole in the ceiling above the shower with toilet paper shoved in and moldy walls. Won’t be back.

Poor Condition Hotel
The buildings and rooms advertised were not what was sold. Advertised restaurant closed, pool area dirty and needs maintenance and painting. Towels were torn and stained. After complaining they attempted ton upgrade us to the advertised rooms. A refund was approved but later denied when expedia requested it. The management is rude to people who catch on. This is not a 3 star hotel.

Clarion Murfreesboro
The Clarion is nicely situated around many restaurants and shopping areas like Walmart. The pillows are cloud soft and queen beds sleep nice! Price is great for the Murfreesboro area and the full breakfast is a nice touch, would recommend for the family as there is an indoor pool.

We kept having to call the front desk for them to come fix our tv because it was not working. The hot tub was not really all that warm. We left the room 5am that morning
