Queen vs. King
I reserved a king size bed on line 4 a special price 4 my husband and I 2 get away 4 the night. When I got there, the front desk girl seemed preoccupied. As she checked me in, she requests an addt'l $25 4 a sec dep. I looked all over on line when reserving room & no where did it say that there wld b a refundable $25 sec dep, & my husband had just dropped me off w/ our things bc he had a couple stops 2 make b4 returning back 2 the room, there4 I didn't have access 2 ne funds at that time. I explain 2 the staff the situation & she was nice enuf 2 waive the sec dep as a 1 time courtesy! I was super gr8ful & then she issued me 2 keys & 2 water park wristbands & then proceeded 2 ask the next guest how she could help them. W/ my hands both full of bags, I took the key cards & wristbands & then wandered around confused as 2 where I was suppose 2 go. I walked back up 2 the front desk & asked where my room was located & she then gave me directions. Once I arrived 2 my room, I opened the door 2 find 2 queen beds. I looked back at my reserv just 2 double✓ b4 calling the front desk & I confirmed that it was suppose 2 b 1 King bed at the special price. I called the front desk & advised that I p reserv'd a king bed that I paid 4 online. She says, yeah, we don't have ne more king beds avail. & we thought it wld b ok, beings u have 2 beds. It was just me & my husband & we resv a king sz bed 4 a reason; we cld not access the WiFi from our rooms location & we cld not utilize the safe.
