No WiFi connectivity in room to work on phone or laptop. Poor cell signal. No internet based TV apps working. Made to call tech support myself. No resolution. Manager unable to provide local tech support number. Returned the next night at 8 PM. No one fixed the problem. Had to chase them to resolve wasting another hour of my night. Poor service.
