It just didn't impress us. The first room they sent us to the air conditioner didn't work at all. Not good in Florida to have the air be out of service.

I was given the incorrect key for room . Room that was already occupied . Frond desk staff did not acknowledge wrong and was very disrespectful and unprofessional

When I first arrived my reservations could not be found even after providing confirmation number and email the General Manager came up with some story booking through 3rd party that it takes a while for it to populate over to their system. He continues to act like he was trying to refresh the system he then proceeded to tell me that he see that a made the reservation but it still didn’t transfer over. So he stated he was going to duplicate the reservation and call Expedia because the virtual card number that was sent had declined. Once again never heard of any of this happening before. I believe he was trying to create another booking. He then ask me to sign some paper he said that he has to fix my previous reservation in the system later the rate on the paper said $79.50 what I paid through hotels.com was $95.20 with taxes and fees. He said that the $79.50 is the actual rate without the taxes and fees and he will have it fix and the morning. He proceeded with giving me a room key I went to checkout the room the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk twice after he kept confirming that it will work tried it again didn’t work. He then switch my room and provided me with a new room key. The next morning at check out some new check me out I ask if the manager had gotten everything fix he said somewhat he going to make corrections today. He said a email receipt will be sent I said no I would like a paper receipt also and notice a balance of $79.50 he said to disregard

This place was the most disgusting place I ever stayed at. The pool only open til 8 like there was fighting til 3 am down hall. Just dirty.

Overall it was an average hotel but staff service was very nice. The free breakfest isn't really breakfast but snacks!

La habitación esta sucia las toallas manchadas el tv el en piso huecos en las paredes el respaldar de la cama en muy malas condiciones hacen reparaciones a las 11 pm cuando deberían respetar el sueno de los huéspedes en general es una mala opcion para tu familia,no lo usen por favor ,🙏
