You get what you pay for
I know you get what you paid for, but I was still pretty disappointed with this stay. Our room was never cleaned, towels were never restocked and the garbage was never taken out. When I went to call the front desk to request more towels, I found the phone wasn’t even hooked up to anything so I went down to the pool and took some towels from there.The carpet is pretty much threadbare in the halls. Our window didn’t face outside but instead to the lobby and indoor pool so we had to listen to kids screaming the entire stay. The front desk staff was really kind and there was plenty of parking. They do have Pickleball courts, a mini golf course and a basketball hoop onsite. I didn’t use the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Overall, just kind of a rundown place.

Great value and FUN!!!!
Great cheap place for spring break with the kids! Nothing fancy, but a whole lot of fun!!! Mini golf, pickleball, basketball, and pool tables were AWESOME and so was the pool and spa. We will definitely be back!

You enter the room directly from outside at the back of the building. The key would have to be tried 20+ times before it would work. We has two different reservations since the date changed by one day after the first booking. Luckily we were told we wouldn’t have to change rooms. However there are zero services done during your stay. No towels no soap no new cups no shampoo or conditioner. The bar of soap provided lasted until right before bed the first night. The bar of soap that is used after the bathroom is also the same bar that is used when you shower. The shampoo and conditioner will wash one persons hair. Breakfast will cause discomfort the rest of the day. You do not receive fresh towels even if they are requested. I hope you don’t need to throw away any trash because again they aren’t coming to straighten anything Yes the front desk was contacted multiple times. By the time we left we had to have purchased toilet paper, soap and shampoo and conditioner But don’t worry they would still liked to be tipped Do yourself a favor and pick another location After you spend $8.00x 4 people a day on breakfast thats $72.00. $7.00 on shampoo, $7.00 on conditioner $8.25 on body soap/wash $2.25 on liquid hand soap $6.00 on toilet paper $5.00 on tissue. Go ahead and add an extra of $107.75 for basic essentials this hotel states they offer but do not.

There was a couple of large parties which is fine but the sliding door to the room was broken and drilled shut.. it was not actually shut. It was off the track and therefore no sound barrier. Room 246. Don’t stay in that one

Kids loves the pool
We had a nice stay. My kids loved the pool and the pickle ball courts were fun to play at as well. The beds were pretty comfortable although our room was a bit smaller than we anticipated and the hotel is a bit run down. The breakfast isn’t anything to write home about. We would stay here again though.

High points: Check in with a professional, helpful person. Easy to locate room with parking in front of the door. Clean, updated shared areas. Informative historic displays in common hallways. Lots of breakfast variety. Low points: Cramped, dated room.

Disgusting
This was not what I expected at all. The reviews and pictures were deceiving. The room was like a dungeon, we couldn’t open the curtains because it looked right into the pool and was not great lighting. The room was dirty. There was blood on the floor and curtains, hair in the shower. The towels were paper thin and could be better used as a rag. The bed was uncomfortable. It was just not at all a place I felt comfortable being with my kids by myself.

Quiet clean but needs some upkeep.
Reasonable rates for the weekend. Overall a nice hotel but needs some maintenance. The tiles in the bathroom were missing or falling off. A deep cleaning on some fixtures hadn't been done in a while. The room were were in the one side had a counter with open space underneath and it was really rather gross looking. The water pressure wasn't great either. The employees were nice and accomodating. The rooms were somewhat quiet. The bedding was comfortbale but the pillows a bit skimpy.
