I'd file this under "adequate for the price, given it's Milwaukee". Place had an older feel than I was expecting. The most unexpected wrinkle was there is no elevator to the second floor! It's been decades since I've had to haul my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Fortunately we still can, but an elderly or less-able couple might want to consider something else. Breakfast was decent, but leaned heavily towards sugar and carbs. There were still open buckets of rock salt by the doors, and the entry doormats were still caked in salt from the winter. (this was late May, snow was long gone). I can't in fairness give a "bad" review, but I'd probably try somewhere else next trip, especially given the elevator (lack) situation.
