Rude House Keeper
House keeping knocked on my door at 9 a.m. to ask if I was checking out that day even though check out time is 11a.m. I had received a text earlier from the front desk that allowed for checking out by text when I left which is what I did at 10:45 a.m. I left the room keys inside the room when I left. When walked out , closed the door and turned to leave, the housekeeper came out of a room about 5 doors down asking me to leave the door open if I was leaving. I told her I had checked out and left the keys inside the room. She started yelling and screaming at me saying I was suppose to leave the door open so she could clean the room. I am 65 years old and have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping didn’t provide their cleaning staff with access to the rooms they are charged with cleaning. I have never come across such a rude and arrogant house keeper. Even though I had checked out already, I stopped by the front desk and spoke to the person there. The ladies at the front desk at check in and check out were professional and courteous.

Terrible ...needs to be condemned.
Worst hotel experience ever. The pictures online must be when first opened. We got there and checked in, didn't have a good gut feeling about this place. We got to our room and the bathtub looked dirty, toilet paper roll broken l, only 2 towels available. Saw a roach crawling on the ceiling on the bathroom. Carpets were nasty and smelled of mildew. Saw another roach crawling in the main room corner. Tiny little gnat bugs flying in and out of the drain in the bathroom sink. Ir didn't seem safe around the area at ALL. With two small children we couldn't imagine staying let alone sleeping. Only giving one star because they gave us a refund after having to go through Hotels.com to get back as a manager was only on duty after 10pm.

Worse place stayed ever!!!!!!
The photos on the website wasn’t true to how it really looked at the motel. It was false information. My family and I were in room 255 on the second floor. We had to pull our bags up a flight of stairs to get to the room. The room had a smoke odor to it. Things we found that wasn’t working or wrong in the room…refrigerator, iron, telephone, the water pressure was really low, the carpet was filthy, the towels smelled like someone’s behind, the paint was peeling from the doors, ceiling, and before you asked yes I reported all the issues to the front desk. She said all the rooms was full and there wasn’t any other rooms available. Also the breakfast was good until our third morning that is when my granddaughter found a grasshopper in the mixed cutup fruit. That did it. I took the bowl and showed it to the Chiefs. They took it in the back and didn’t bring out anymore. I asked the front draft for a roll away bed and the one she brought had no padding over the springs on a thin sheet. I sent it back and I was still charged for the cot. After complaining about the charge she took it from my bill but it still went through my bank. I was soooo dissatisfied with the motel. I won’t stay there ever again. Oh yeah every night it smelled like weed was being smoked and two bullies dogs tried to attack my family from another room.

Surrounding trash cans were overflowing, Room was run down and in desperate need of renovation. Shower curtain was falling down and not working. Door lock in bathroom missing. This was definitely not a room that should cost $190 / night.

Quiet with a great breakfast buffet.
One downfall was the issue of being short staffed at check-in. The woman behind the counter was friendly and professional, but had everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. Another was they didn't have a list of local places to eat in the room, but they had a great hot breakfast buffet. Overall it was a nice stay.
