love the kindness and hospitality especially the airport shuttle and full day coffee service. Not very much impressive about the breakfast.

Pretty Good
People there are wonderful and it’s very clean. Only recommendation is to make the bed more comfy. Just a thin quilt and not even a blanket. Everything else was great.

You will not find a more friendly staff! They are there to make you happy. Safe area, convenient to airport( they have a shuttle), and some fun games for the kids. Breakfast was included and nice variety. Could not have done better!!

I thought this hotel was going to meet Home2 Suite standards and it did in some ways. The room was big and modern as Home2 Suites standards. New modern Tv and comfortable beds. But the issue with pets ruined the whole hotel experience.
When I checked in at the reception there was several dog owners there.
I didn't think more of that but when I walked into the elevator to get to my room I felt the smell of dog and dog urine. It was so bad I couldn't breathe. I didn't want to put my clothes and other stuff out in the room beacuse of this. Home2 Suites has a new policy of bringing your pets to the hotels and I think they use all rooms for that. And general areas.
The staff at check in was friendly but a little strange. Breakfast was pretty good but crowdy.

The staff informed me that since the property was booked through a third party they would not be able my Hilton honors membership to the reservation. This is the first time I have heard that but Hilton is actively promoting not booking with Expedia. Also we had to ask for room to be cleaned and it still wasn't done. For the last night we were there we had asked someone at the frontdesk for service and they had written it down and assured us that it would be taken care of. We come back later that night and find that no service was performed. The night staff changed towels etc while we waited and we were told contact the manager via email. I think they do this on the last night as they know you are checking out the next morning. The hotel does not charge you any less for a room for providing half or no service. I think the hotels are using this tactic after covid as tool to validate their inferior service.
