Very disappointed! We paid 500$ to have an accessible room at the Houston airport.
I paid for roll in shower and accessible accommodation. They put us in a regular room … not accessible at all.
Hopefully we get a refund for this brutal mistake.
Luckily I had my children to help lift my husband. And no grab bars either. He is a quadriplegic so this expensive stay was not worth the huge price tag!!

Worth the price
Great reception, easy check-in, wonderful restaurant (ask for Dave as a food server); comfortable, clean room. Only drawback: someone pulled a fire alarm at 3 am - and we really weren’t able to get back to sleep, as we had an early flight; easy check-out and good underground subway connection to the airport terminaks

Clock radio alarm 2:00 AM
The clock radio alarm went off at 2:00am and then a false fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. No excuse for the clock radio alarm; that should be checked when they turn over and clean the room.
