Very disappointed with this Marriott. The bed was not comfortable, there was some kind of smushed bug under the side table, and the toilet made an awful, awful sound when flushed. Also, the instructions for how to connect my phone to the TV were wrong and we could not figure out how to make it work.
Staff was overall pretty friendly, but pretty slow did not go “above and beyond.” It seemed they were understaffed so I really can’t blame them.
Valet was efficient, and you can tip using a QR code, which was nice because we had no cash.
