Convenience hotel

A nice hotel that close to Trafalgar Square and underground station. Really convenient and comfortable. Staffs were helpful and amenities were sufficiently provided. A bit noisy in the night but cannot complaint with its handy location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and also art performing halls nearby which is a big plus when visiting the city. Pricing was reasonable and a great choice for next biz trip.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable so had poor sleep, we couldn’t open the windows at all, the walls were quite thin so we could hear most things going on. Overall it didn’t feel like a 4* hotel and it didn’t feel worth the money I paid to stay there. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was clean, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and there was a benefit for skipping room cleanings (for the environment) that could be applied at the restaurant in the lobby. The elevators were quick, and the noise level from the street outside wasn't too loud- it is right in SoHo, so there is a lot of activity all around the hotel, but I had no trouble sleeping or relaxing once in my room. I would definitely stay here again in a future London visit, especially if I was looking to see theatre shows or try the SoHo restaurants and shops again.

But if you want the best location in the city and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, this hotel is perfect. Ficamos 6 noites no Thistle em outubro de 2025. Gostamos muito do hotel, o quarto é grande e confortável e a limpeza era boa tambem. A única crítica seria a variedade do cafe da manhã..estava tudo gostoso mas senti falta de opcoes mais saudaveis. No mais, voltariamos em outra oportunidade
