Although I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, we were initially given a room with one king bed and a small sofa that was not a sleeper sofa. When we raised this issue with the front desk, their solution was to have the kids sleep on the sofa, which was clearly not suitable for sleeping due to its size and design.
After further discussion, we were eventually moved to another room with a single sleeper sofa. While they did bring up a cot for our second child, I had to follow up twice before it arrived. Additionally, there wasn’t enough bedding provided, requiring yet another request.
To add to the disappointment, the bed in the new room was only a queen, not a king as originally booked.
Lastly, the "high-tech" light switches were overly complicated, even for my wife and me, who are typically comfortable with modern devices.
