The grounds are nice and the lobby is cozy and relaxing. The garden pool is heated. The air condition is unnecessary in 65* weather.

Great hotel with ample parking and close to the rec trail. We enjoyed the resort amenities- gym, pickle ball courts, hammocks. Would stay again.

We had a few issues: 1) No Bottled water in room, 2) No Robes in Room 3) No Grab Bars in Shower 4) Had to walk through 3 buildings to access second floor by elevator (Rm 532) 5) Hotels.com did not publish parking fees, Resort Fee, Monterey CCFD Tax and Occupancy Tax which added almost $58 to daily rate...these junk fees should be INCLUDED in "TOTAL PRICE"
Bed Was REALLY COMFORTABLE and Bathroom was Great..teriffic lighting

It was a great stay. Our WiFi didn’t work for us to chromcast to the tv so they allowed us unlimited on demand movies for our whole stay. I thought that was great customer service.

The property was huge, has two heated pools and hot tubs, fire pits for roasting smores, and family games like ping pong and bocce ball. There are also tennis courts and a golf course on site. It was a little hard to find our room, and the balcony was a little dusty but overall a great stay. Our room had vaulted ceilings, comfy beds and a very nice bathroom. Great place for families.

Poor service at checkin. There were some issues with my booking and the woman just shrugged, blamed Expedia and told me I was out of luck. Staff should be trained that third party agents are contracted by the hotel and that the hotel are responsible for listing errors. Some better customer service would be nice too, especially considering we spent $500 per night for our room.
