STAY HERE!!!
We loved our 2 night stay--wish it were longer!!! Staff were all very helpful & so friendly! We really appreciated that they could speak English or they used their phone translator--So nice of them!!! The room was very clean, spacious, & modern!! Our fav was having a fridge and the pool was clean & awesome! Close to bus station, Cenotes, & beautiful Lagoon & Cocalitas beach! I definitely recommend this hotel & Bacalar!!!😊

The hotel was OK The room is big and nice Its clean, but little bit smelling. The stuff was nice. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from the lake and its not in the center. Its 5 min walk from the ADO bus station.

En general fue agradable, el hotel está limpio y el servicio bueno. Lo único que les fallo fue que se hizo la reservación previamente para una persona en silla de ruedas y al llegar al hotel no respetaron la reservación y se asignó una habitación en segundo piso.

Lo bueno y lo malo de mi estancia en Bacalar
El Hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación súper amplia, limpia, confortable y excelente aire acondicionado. Cuenta con una alberca, aunque pequeña, muy bonita y limpia. Él estacionamiento está muy seguro. Las personas de recepción fueron muy amables y eficientes. La única mala experiencia fue que, unas personas hospedadas, hicieron mucho escándalo en la alberca, tomando alcohol y con música estridente; el horario de la alberca marcaba hasta las 10 pm, pero no les importó, el conserje les pidió que pararan y no le hicieron caso, fue hasta como las 11:30 pm, que por segunda vez, se los pidió y aunque molestos, se fueron a sus habitaciones y así pudimos por fin descansar.

Fijn hotel, dichtbij ADO bus, verder van centrum
Mooi hotel. Zwembad te koud. Fietsen te huur maar ik kreeg de fiets gratis mee, geweldig!
