This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve had. Check-in was a mess—I was given the wrong room keys and had to go back to the lobby. I paid for breakfast but wasn’t given the cards, so I had to return again after eating to get them. Staff were generally unhelpful and inattentive, and the hotel charges extra for nearly everything, including basic beach umbrellas.
Communication was poor. I was told the beach served food until 7 PM, but they closed at 5 PM. Other venues I was told were open were actually closed when I arrived. This lack of accurate information wasted my time repeatedly.
To make matters worse, the hotel is undergoing major renovations, which was never mentioned at booking. The noise during the day was constant and loud, and many pool and common areas felt more like a construction site than a resort.
Between the poor service, constant upselling, misinformation, and disruptive renovations, I cannot recommend this property. Stay elsewhere until management fixes these serious issues and is transparent about ongoing construction
