Not so close to train station. And the staff is not particularly helpful. Well they let one of our guests check in early which is nice. But denied us for checking out at 12 instead of 11. Not particularly clean and the air conditioning made funny noises.

2. år i træk jeg bor her. Blev opgraderet til dobbeltværelse af de søde medarbejdere, som altid er venlige og imødekommende. dejlige faciliteter på værelset, til kaffe, the, køleskab. placering er god, lige til Hydepark, og både bus og underground forbindelse, (Lancaster Gate) vil også bo her, når jeg kommer tilbage næste år, til min årlige juletur.

Badrum och dusch upplevdes modernt, fräscht och rent. Sängen var skön. Mindre bra var att det var otroligt lyhört mellan rummen. Dem i rummet ovanför gick omkring i timmar och det störde jättemycket.

Hyggeligt hotel som ligger tæt på hyde park. Dejligt roligt område og ro om natten på hotellet. Vi spiste ikke morgenmad på hotellet den så ikke ud af meget. Men alt var ellers i orden.

Double room has only queen size bed. Impossible to sleep for 2 adults . Size of luggage room for such a huge hotel is minimum. Very polite and nice receptionists but enough personnel : when needed to pick up my luggage wirh taxi waiting outside has to wait a lot cause she was alone and complete overwhelmed wirh phone calls, food deliveries among other things. Need definitely more front desk personnel

The hotel used to be a favorite of mine. The location is perfect and close to Paddington and Hyde Park, but the hotel is starting to look tired. It feels cheap and not clean. The carpet in the hallways is stained, the paint work is chipped and the rooms are very cheaply decorated. I was put on the 7th floor twice, where there is no elevator. You have to go to 6th floor and then carry luggage up a very small staircase to the 7th floor. The rooms are tiny. The first room had no window, and I could not stand up in half of the room because the ceiling was sloped. The bed was not a queen bed as requested, it was a double bed which was too small. The bedding and pillows are very minimal and not comfortable. The bathrooms don't have a shelf to put any of your supplies and the sink is very small. The breakfast is quite nice and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, I will most likely not be staying here again.
