難尋的酒店
第二天的客房分兩層，樓上樓下，但落樓下樓梯沒有扶手，對老人或小孩容易造成意外。另外，酒店地點指示不足，大門外沒有酒店名稱，正門外牆很舊，以為是癈屋一間，沒想到是酒店。應該在訂房網上提示可以坐2號船到達San Samuele 碼頭，落船右手面第一間屋便是。

Great view, but not a nice place to stay long
This place is sketchy at best to check in details. There is no sign for the property. You have ring a door bell within the window of check in. The door bell is the only thing with the name of the place on it outside. You have to be buzzed past the first door the first time and then use the code through two doors. The key for the front door and the key card will in the room. Checkin is awful. I didn’t get my code initially called and a rude person hung up on me after saying they will resend the code. Room is old and run down. The sofa bed felt like a stampede of animals has run across it for the last year. There is rust by the shower. No way to get more toilet paper or new towels. The only thing this place had going for it was the central location and the view out the window.

No lo recomiendo
No estuvo buena la estadía. La habitación era muy húmeda, infestada de zancudos y mosquitos, los muebles viejos y en mal estado, todo muy sucio. El sistema para el check-in muy malo, no fue fácil entrar. No lo recomiendo!

DO NOT BOOK FOR ANY REASON. There is no staff at the facility. That’s ok if there are no problems. The entry system would be good if they provided all the info. We couldn’t see the keypad to get into the door at top of stairs. It was very cold & after requests from Expedia to bring an extra blanket asap, it came the next day at the hotel’s convenience. They did not do daily tidying. There was no coffee, towels or toilet paper replenishing. There’s black mould in two places in the bathroom. A constant complaint in the reviews. There are no instructions on how to access the garden - a feature we looked forward to enjoying. They do NOT reply to emails for assistance at any time of day. The phone number in their emails and on the site is not connected. This has been a complaint for at least a year in the reviews. They take your money & don’t care after that. Venice is wonderful! The attitude of this hotels ownership could ruin your visit. Oh! And nowhere on their site does it say there are no vaporetti stoping at San Samuel after 20:00 (8pm). Rather inconvenient. They don’t care!!! It is obvious is every aspect of the hotel. DO NOT BOOK FOR ANY REASON.

The room was dirty and in need of painting. We did not have enough linens to make up the pull out couch and there wasn’t a way to talk to anyone to get it. The view however was amazing and the room was right next to the water bus station.

Only way to enter building is by ringing a bell that no-one answers (we only got inside as another party in same situation opened door from inside). Only way to enter room is via a code that didn’t work. No-one answers phone number provided. Thankfully, they respond to WhatsApp messaging … EVENTUALLY …. But by the time we got access to the room (one hour after check in) we find it hadn’t been cleaned after last guests. DISGUSTING. Will seriously question whether or not to use this booking service again if this is the kind of property you are happy to promote.

Lage sehr gute, Zustand befriedigend
Ankunft war erschreckend da direkt neben dem Eingang sehr viel Sperrmüll stand. Im Aufenthaltsraum funktionierte die Klimaanlage sehr gut, leider jedoch nicht in der Suite. Bei den vorherrschenden Außentemperaturen — NO GO !!! Ansonsten war haben wir uns sehr über das Zimmer und die tolle Aussicht gefreut

Absolutely terrible customer service and there’s no front desk only a number to call. I did everything they asked and paid for my room and did online check in. No one gave me an access code or anything to get into my room and left me stranded in a different country and not even refund me. Do not stay here at all.

Muy complicado, cansado y tedioso el acceso pesimo servicio del personal de recepcion, nunca me atendieron personalmente. La camarista esta tocando en tu habitacion para correrte antes de que sea la hora de salida. Para llegar tienes qie tomar transporte , pues es muy complicado llegar caminando. Siamo stati con i nostri 2 bambini in quest'hotel per il weekend. La posizione è fuori dalle vie incasinate ma comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi, esattamente quello che cercavamo. La struttura è antica, tutta automatizzata: abbiamo ricevuto il codice via mail e whatsapp per accedere alla stanza. Bisogna seguire in modo preciso le indicazioni per il check in, che vengono mandate via mail, altrimenti si potrebbe incontrare qualche difficoltà, soprattutto per le persone più anziane e poco tecnologiche. Infatti non c'è reception nè personale presente. La stanza che abbiamo avuto era la stanza Goldoni: un pò fatiscente, ma devo dire che il letto matrimoniale era molto comodo. Devo dire che il servizio clienti, con il quale comunicavo via whatsapp, è stato fantastico e sempre preciso: dopo il check out mia moglie si è accorta di aver dimenticato un anello in camera ed il personale ce lo ha fatto ritrovare!
