I have frustrated experience with this hotel service. There are not customer focus and never lend their ear to listen your call. I have book 2 rooms with hotel.com and payment was done. Once reach at hotel they inform me that only one room register in their system. Although I show my booking confirmation, they not bother to listen you and not willing to assist.

This hotel is filthy and the service is terrible. My reservation was “lost”, the linens were stained, the floor was gritty, pool was green, beach out front was covered in rubbish, shower smelled like an open sewer.
It does not have wifi in the rooms or a liadry service as was advertised.
