Good location and the apartment is newly renovated
Good location. The apartment is located near Callao metro station. It is near Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de Sol. The apartment is newly renovated and tiny kept. The staff who received us, Christian, is friendly and supportive.

Localização muito boa, recepção boa , a única coisa que não gostei foi o aquecimento da água dos chuveiros. Éramos 5 pessoas e a água quente acabava .tinha que revezar , tomar banho a noite e outros pela manhã .

Arenas Suites was as advertised in cleanliness , location etc . There was a power failure that lasted 24 hours during our stay so no lights , hot water , fridges , cell phone charging etc . The hotel offered to refund us one night of our stay while we were still onsite but now 6 weeks later they have denied the refund through Expedia . I cannot recommend a property that would not follow through on their word as it shows an overall lack of integrity

Meters from La Gran Via but very quiet unit. Check in was easy . We had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. They change our towels after our second night and replenished the coffee pods. Safe are with easy access to public transportation, dining and shopping. I would definitely recommend

Good points: Excellent communications and updates from Christian، he is someone who know his work and possess great manners، communication and hospitality skills Location: Come out of Apartment and you are in Gran Via، where life exits، all shopping and eating places near by Bed mattresses were of good quality، comfortable and great for good night sleep۔ Not so good points: WIFI was not good، ended up using my mobile network internet، also effected streaming on smart TV Property needs up-grading، path from room to exit door had bad smell، lifts also had same issues، wear and tear easily visible on the floor، walls I am sure if lanlord upgrades building he will definitely get better rent out rates considering everything else was fantastic and was maintained well otherwise۔

Eine super Wohnung. Sehr geräumig, sehr zentral und super vom Flughafen mit dem Bus erreichbar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar, es gibt keinen Moment, in dem man darauf angewiesen war auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zuzugreifen. Außerdem hat man die belebte Einkaufsstraße direkt vor der Tür, sowie einen 24 h Supermarkt in der parallelen Straße. Die Kommunikation zum Check-In sowie Check-Out, oder bei Fragen, war erstklassig! Gerne wieder und dehr zu empfehlen

El apartamento está situado en una muy buena zona! A solo 50 mt de la Gran Via. A 10 minutos caminando de Plaza Mayor y Plaza del Sol.. Está remodelado a nuevo, con todas las comodidades para pasar una buena estancia! Lo recomiendo!
