We sat in foyer of this property for over 2 hours trying to deal with the receptionist and WOTIF telling us we didn't have a booking while I had the confirmation and fully paid via WOTIF in January. Very poor attitude from receptionist.

We booked and paid in full our accommodation in January 2019. I received an email at 7.00am on the morning of our confirmed and paid for accommodation advising that our accommodation was no longer available and to find alternative accommodation. I had to urgently find other accommodation in a already very booked out Auckland. Luckily we were successful in finding other accommodation. Later that day the accommodation emailed me providing check in information even after telling that that morning the accommodation was no longer available. I spent an hour on the phone to Expedia trying to get my money back as the hotel had not told them they cancelled!! DO NOT STAY HERE
