Din Tai Fung is a prominent Taiwanese dim sum restaurant in Causeway Bay, along with several branches in Kowloon and the New Territories. Must-tries include its expertly crafted xiao long bao, a sort of dumpling stuffed with a range of fillings such as black truffle and pork.
You can also find a wide range of savory and sweet dim sum at Din Tai Fung, as well as full-sized meals like fried rice, braised beef noodle soup, and deep-fried pork chop.

Alto 88 Hong Kong occupies the 31st floor of Regal Hong Kong Hotel in Causeway Bay. The food is contemporary Italian cuisine, which is beautifully plated and a firm favorite of the business lunch crowd. If you are looking for a meal with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour. this rooftop restaurant is highly recommended.
Prices are on the high side but you'll be paying for quality – a tasting menu costs around HK$888, consisting of dishes like sea urchin tagliolini, braised wagyu beef cheek, and chocolate ravioli. There’s a fantastic wine list to complement your meal at Alto 88 Hong Kong.

Ta-Ke Hong Kong offers an extensive a la carte menu, but opt for the chef's special omakase menu (HK$1,880) to enjoy the fresh taste and fatty cuts of fish, as well as signature dishes like abalone risotto and monkfish liver with crispy wafer.

Cat Island Cafe in Causeway Bay is one of the best spots in Hong Kong for a meal with feline friends. Pancakes, pizzas and cute cupcakes are the order of the day, with a range of coffees and teas. Located on the 3rd floor of Po Ming Building, the café is quite hard to find.
It’s a member’s only club, but registration can be done on the spot. The kitties’ well-being is carefully considered, to the point that every guest is given a small booklet containing information about how to interact with the animals.

Ichiran Causeway Bay is an authentic ramen joint that originates from Hakata Fukuoka. It's popular among Japanese expats due to its seating layout, which sees individual seating booths divided by partitions built tightly on either side.
The signature ramen is made of tonkotsu stock (made from pig bones), resulting in an ultra-rich flavor, with pork, spring onion, and springy noodles. Ichiran is self-service, which means you can customize your order with the provided sheet and pay for your meal at the onsite vending machine.

Putien is an exclusive restaurant brand from Singapore, with dozens of outlets throughout Asia. It's one of the best spots in Causeway Bay for authentic Fujian Chinese cuisine, thanks to its extensive range of noodles, porridge, seafood, and meat dishes.
Main dishes start from around HK$11, with standouts such as Putien lor mee (noodles with pork belly, prawn and clam braised in pork broth), stir-fried chilli crab, and bamboo herbal prawn.
