We spent a wonderful week at 352 Guest House. This is a beautiful building with character and charm. It was the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy breakfast with family before exploring Old San Juan. In addition to the beauty of this well-cared-for 18th century building; the warm greeting, comfortable beds, the breakfast options, sitting together on the rooftop terrace, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and helpful advice on what to see, all made this a great place to stay in Old San Juan.

Great, quiet spot for couples in Old San Juan!!
The 352 Guest House is in the perfect spot for hanging out in Old San Juan! And it's perfect for couples!! (I would not recommend families or kids). The service was great and it was very clean & pretty. I would say the beds aren't the most comfortable, weird sounds come from the room fridge & the shower pressure isn't great. It's a little weird that there really isn't any natural light in the room as well. But those are pretty minor inconveniences!!

Beautiful old hotel in Old San Juan. Right in the middle of everything very walkable. Staff service was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious & appealing to the eyes how it’s presented. History of the hotel is very interesting. Very old, but very well kept. Definitely will return when we visit Old San Juan in the future!

Hidden old style gem.
The entrance isn't immediately obvious but once you enter, check in was easy-peasy. Very helpful/detailed info about room, hotel and breakfast. Hotel is in a great spot for exploring old San Juan.

Excellent location
Hotel / Guesthouse is well located in the old city of San Juan. The building is part of the old city, however the interior was beautifully renovated. Service is good and efficient. The property is very clean. There are no windows in the rooms, which was informed to us by Expedia and by the property before arriving, however I personally suffered with that. I did not know that having no windows would affect me so much. The visiting sights are within walking distance and Condado is only 3,5miles away accessible by bus or Uber. There is also the ferry port 5 min away to visit Bacardi distillery and other islands.

Skønt centralt hotel i Old Town
Virkelig skønt hotel i kolonial stil. Vi havde Delux Rooms, og i det ene var der ikke vindue - det var vi oplyst om, men var ikke opmærksomme på, hvor rart det havde været at have. Dejlig tagterasse, hvor vi spilkede spil inden aftensmad. Dejlig morgenmad og fantastisk sødt personale - soecielt Therese var fantastisk.
