I arrived at the hotel with a colleague. We had booked seperately. They told him his booking had been cancelled and they had sent him notification, which he never received. They told me there was no booking for me, even when I showed the booking confirmation. THEY JUST SHRUGGED THEIR SHOULDERS and were bot at all apologetic. I noticed today that my credit card has been changed for the booking that never existed according to them. I am disgusted.
