Do not stay here!
Our reservation was for December 28th. We arrived early and called to see if we could check in, but they said no, which was fine. However, when we arrived at 3 PM, the scheduled check-in time, we were told we’d have to wait another hour. When we finally got to the room, it was set up for two people, despite my reservation clearly stating it was for four. I showed them my receipt, but they insisted I only reserved for two. The room only had a loveseat, and when I complained, they brought in another loveseat instead of resolving the issue properly. My adult children couldn’t fit on them, so my son had to sleep on the floor. No refunds or discounts were offered. To make matters worse, the previous guests of our room walked in with a key they still had. Housekeeping also entered our room twice without knocking. We felt unsafe the entire time. Other issues: Wi-Fi didn’t work for two of three days. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was a used tampon in the trash when we arrived. The sliding glass door leaked, leaving a puddle by my bed. The staff took no accountability and dismissed my concerns, despite how much I paid for this trip. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ayant séjourné huit jours dans cet hôtel, je ressors avec des impressions mitigées. Le condo où nous avons séjourné était honnêtement exceptionnel. Confortable et parfaitement propre à notre arrivée, il offrait toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Cependant, le service à la clientèle laisse énormément à désirer.Malgré le grand nombre d'employé·e·s, nous avons trouvé le service à la clientèle pratiquement absent. Si une ou deux employé·e·s étaient tout de même sympathique·s, nous nous sommes littéralement sentis de trop pendant tout notre séjour. Le ménage était prévu tous les deux jours, mais personne n'est venu le deuxième jour. Nous avons dû demander, mais personne n'est venu non plus. Ce n'est que le surlendemain, après une nouvelle demande, que quelqu'un est enfin venu.L'hôtel était très peu fréquenté, ce qui rendait encore plus incompréhensible l'attitude du personnel. Une simple question semblait les déranger. Le climatiseur de la chambre posait également problème : chaque nuit, il faisait de la glace qui tombait sur notre tête en nous réveillant.Le coffre de sécurité dans la chambre ne fonctionnait carrément pas. Nous avons dû appeler la réception tous les jours pour qu'ils viennent le réouvrir. Notre voisine a eu le même souci. À chaque fois, aucune excuse ne nous a été présentée. bien que le condo soit de très bonne qualité, le manque de service à la clientèle et les nombreux problèmes techniques rendent l'expérience globale decevante.

The most important thing about this hotel is staff. They are always willing to help and very friendly. The rooms were very spacious but the mattress is hard. I preferred a softer mattress. The only issue, I had with the hotel is on the main and a lot of people walk their dogs and don’t pick up the poop. The location is great, everything is in walking distance.

Our room was lovely with ocean views and a large balcony. It was great to have the taxi pull up closer to the unit when we checked out, since it was a bit of a walk from the front desk. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants

Unit had unfinished wall patches all around and our room out of 2 bedroom unit had no hot water for showers etc... maintenance came out and we had hot water once after that then no hot water ever after that and wasnt worth our waste of time to sit around for maintenance to come back and sit around for service when we could be out spending time around town.on our short stay! Also we had our room get slightly flooded on a heavy rain storm because patio slider had a gap in door jam when fully closed!

Truly a Gem
The location within Placencia Village is perfect. The resort is on a beautiful beach and our ocean front room had a great view. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The security guard made us feel very comfortable.

Way overrated, especially for the cost
We were really excited to stay here based on the pictures and description. Then we arrived. They did not and would not give us the room type we’d booked, and made no attempt to resolve or provide any customer service. Instead the reception was defensive and unempathetic. The room was generally good- with many scratches, dents, cracks, wear, etc though each fairly small. The door to the connecting room had a see-through crack so fortunately other guests weren’t in it! Despite that unit being empty, the AC was left on full blast for nearly a week. What a waste! Yes they have bikes, but they’re in poor condition (chain needs grease, tires nearly flat) and no one in the reception seemed to know or care to fix, let alone be proactive & knowledgeable enough to check when presenting bikes and give working ones. The units are right on the Placencia sidewalk which is convenient- and loud until past midnight. They don’t even bother picking up the trash on their beach. Decent hotel masquerading as a resort. Wouldn’t stay there again- visited multiple better places around town.

It was a 3 star hotel. No phone in the room. No net in the windows or open the windows and let the lizards into your room. Extremely high rate for a maximum 3 star hotel

Rentamos habitación con una cama king y un sofá cama doble, pero solo tenía una cama la habitación y luego al reclamar, llevaron uno sucio. No hicieron limpieza en las habitaciones. Indican que hay personal que habla inglés, francés y español (solo atienden en inglés). En el lugar y aledaños no hay variedad de comida. Por otro lado, lo positivo, el embarcadero está a 1min caminando y las playas en los cayos aledaños, son hermosas.
